1 Parties and Scope

This agreement is concluded between EminTechLab (hereinafter referred to as the "Service Provider") and the natural or legal persons (hereinafter referred to as the "User" or "Client") visiting the emintechlab.com website or utilizing the services provided by EminTechLab.

These terms cover the use of the website, purchase of services, access to content, and all types of commercial relationships between the parties.

2 Scope of Services

EminTechLab provides the following digital services:

• Corporate and e-commerce website design and development with WordPress + Elementor
• Technical SEO, local SEO, and content strategy consultancy
• WooCommerce-based e-commerce solutions
• Social media management for Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn
• Logo design and corporate identity creation
• Technical support services for WordPress maintenance, security, and speed optimization

3 Intellectual Property Rights

All content on emintechlab.com — including text, images, logos, designs, code, and other materials — is the property of EminTechLab and is protected under international copyright laws.

Design and code works produced for client projects are transferred to the client upon full payment of the project fee. EminTechLab retains rights over works delivered before payment is completed.

• Site content may not be copied, reproduced, or used for commercial purposes without permission
• EminTechLab reserves the right to display completed projects in its portfolio for reference purposes
• The client may decline portfolio display by notifying EminTechLab in writing

4 User Obligations

Users of the site or services are obligated to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and non-misleading information
• Not use the site for illegal, harmful, or rights-violating purposes
• Avoid any attempts to compromise site security
• Provide necessary approvals and feedback during the project process in a timely manner
• Provide required content and assets according to the project timeline

5 Payment and Cancellation

• Down Payment: 50% of the project fee is collected at the start, and the remaining 50% upon delivery
• Cancellation: Down payments are non-refundable once a project has commenced
• Revisions: Each project package includes a specified number of revisions; additional revisions are subject to extra charges
• Delays: EminTechLab is not responsible for project delays caused by the client's failure to provide content or approvals on time
• Maintenance: Monthly services renew automatically unless a cancellation notice is provided at least 15 days in advance

6 Limitation of Liability

EminTechLab is not liable for:

• Issues arising from third-party plugin, theme, or platform updates
• Interruptions or data losses caused by hosting, domain, or server providers
• The impact of search engine algorithm updates on SEO rankings
• Issues caused by changes made to the site by the client
• Force majeure events (natural disasters, cyber-attacks, etc.)

Liability is limited to the service fee received for the specific project in question.

7 Confidentiality

EminTechLab processes and protects personal data under relevant privacy laws. Please review our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

Business information and strategies shared during the project are kept strictly confidential and not shared with third parties.

8 Linked Sites

Our site may contain links to third-party websites. These sites are not under our control, and we are not responsible for their content, privacy policies, or practices.

9 Right to Modify

EminTechLab reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use without prior notice. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Use are governed by Turkish Law. Any disputes arising shall be settled in the courts and execution offices of Bursa, Turkey.
